Now I belong to a NPO (non profit organization) called AIESEC.
The main our activity is to offer international internship to university and graduated students.
For example, we send Japanese university students to foreign companies.
On the other hands, we send foreign students to Japanese companies.
There are 24 branches of AIESEC in Japan.
Also, there are AIESEC in 84 countries and regions.
AIESEC is organized only by students.
That is most important characteristic of it.

We hold a big vision. It is "Peace and fulfillment of human kind potential."
This vision was made by students who established AIESEC more than 50 years ago.
After WW2, the students grieved so much and wondered why adults start the war.
Then they think that if they have friends in the world, they would never start the war.
And they decided to establish AIESEC.

Internship seems not to be popular in Japan yet.
Internship is a very good opportunity for students to know about social.
We offer short term working experience to students.
Recently it is said that Japanese young people cannot find what they want to do in the future.
In the university, no one teach students about job.
The students who do not about job cannot decide what kinds of job they want to do.
Therefore it is effective for student to experience company work by internship.

Besides, internship of AIESEC has an original good point.
That is internship of AIESEC offer not only work experience but also intercultural experience.
Students can choose country in over 80 countries. And they must see new world.
If students go abroad to study English, they will go to USA, UK, Australia or some other English speaking countries.
But to experience working, you can go everywhere in the world!!
Because AIESEC is NPO, students need to pay only fight and registration fee (230dollars).
Rather, student can earn money through work. It means internship is real job.

Now I do not plan to work as internship students because I do not think I have enough English ability to work abroad.
But I can learn a lot of thing from internship both foreign student and Japanese students.
They have high motivation and think deeply about society.

Even if Students do not know what they want to do, they should not stop.
While they challenge many things, they will find when they are shining.

I didn't know there is such organization like that.
I still cannot dicide what I want to be in the future.  I do not know what kind of job there are in society.
So I think internship is nice thing to do.
